Nap\u0159\u00edklad jogurt, ovoce, o\u0159echy, ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso, kousek celozrnn\u00e9ho pe\u010diva. Tekutiny dopln\u00edme nejl\u00e9pe vodou! H\u00fdbat se i mimo posilovnu! Dobr\u00fdm n\u00e1padem nen\u00ed ani ve\u0161ker\u00fd sv\u016fj pohyb omezit pouze na cvi\u010den\u00ed v posilovn\u011b. Jinak jen sed\u011bt v pr\u00e1ci a le\u017eet doma na gau\u010di. Kon\u010d\u00ed to i poran\u011bn\u00edm sval\u016f p\u0159i posilov\u00e1n\u00ed. Protahujeme se, hodn\u011b chod\u00edme.
